Whelp! First hurdle down. I’ve officially been chosen as one of the Top 50 Murphy Goode Candidates. And I have to say it does feel Goode! According to my confirmation e-mail there were 1,993 applicants (not all of whom were eligible I’m guessing because there were only around 800 or so videos). So, now on to the next step: Top 10 announced July 7th. I am proud to have been chosen to be in such a talented group and grateful to all of those (Jason, Nigel, Mike, Lisa, Adam, Shayleen, Joel, Mom, Dad to name a few) who have cheered me on and supported me and understood when I passed up going out on the town to stay home and blog 
HOWEVER, I blog to you right now decked in purple velvet hair rollers because I’m going out to celebrate! Getting it all out tonight though because come morning, I’ve got some social networkin’ to do!
